The Team

Christopher Garwood MA (Oxon) is a Solicitor and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with many years of experience in dealing with all aspects of individual and business insolvency. He is a founder member and past President of the Insolvency Lawyers Association. He is also a member of The Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) and of Insol Europe.

For many years he was the Law Society's representative on the Joint Insolvency Committee. He is one of the Insolvency Assessors of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and also a Deputy Registrar of the High Court.
